Highland Park Corner Store

Meaghan Haas wanted to create a gathering space for her neighborhood of Highland Park and greater West Seattle, so in 2021 she opened the Highland Park Corner Store. Meaghan saw a lack of businesses in her neighborhood that fulfill some basic requests of the community like coffee, grocery staples, and a place to sit down with neighbors. The Highland Park Corner Store fulfills these requests in a welcoming and safe environment. Not only can you enjoy a cup of coffee, you can also grab your groceries, a sandwich at the deli, and even a beer on tap.
