Located on the lively H Street Corridor, Hill Prince is housed in a historic row house with a fascinating past. Over its 100-year lifespan, the building has served as a funeral parlor and an auto body shop. Today, however, it’s home to a neighborhood bar serving classic cocktails alongside a curated selection of beer and wine. Enjoy your drink in the restored living room or outside in the courtyard– you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time. In 2023, renowned chef Rock Harper took ownership of the bar. You might recognize Chef Harper from his appearance in the third season of Hell’s Kitchen. Spoiler alert: he won!
Fun fact: Hill Prince is named after a racehorse who won the 1950 Preakness Stakes.
