Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell started partnering with T-Mobile Park on its food offerings in 2010. Stowell’s Hit It Here Café & Bar in the stadium’s club level serves up a variety of Northwest food and drink, including Snoqualmie Ice Cream, Georgetown Brewery beers, and slices from his own Ballard Pizza Company.

Even cooler: He’s showcasing the talents of other local chefs, including Maria Hines of Tilth and Brady Williams of Canlis, on their burger-making skills with the café’s Crowd Cow burger. Be sure to check out who’s recipe’s on the docket throughout the season.
