Owned by Yixiu Li and Tianbin Liang, Hong Kong Bistro serves traditional Cantonese dim sum in a trendy, inviting atmosphere. At Hong Kong Bistro, lobster and seafood dishes shine and regulars enjoy complimenting their meals with one of many milk tea or slushie options.

This is my other favorite Hong Kong restaurant. I get their ha gao (shrimp dumplings), hot and sour soup, and Dan tats (egg tarts) everytime. I like their stir fried noodles, Singapore stir fried noodles, stone pot rice, and dim sum menu.
