Hong Kong has been a Boston hub for vibrant nightlife and traditional Chinese dishes since 1988.

Husband and wife duo Jimmy (Sen) and Mary (Buoy) Lee got their start in the restaurant business when they opened Hong Kong Restaurant in Cambridge in 1954. The family expanded to open Hong Kong in Boston three decades later.

Today, Hong Kong is owned and operated by William, the eldest Lee son, who puts an emphasis on nightly gatherings, including dating events and even painting nights. William continues to carry on his parents’ love of Chinese food and invites you to stop by to grab affordable drinks and snacks — and maybe sing some karaoke too.

Bonus: Check out Hong Kong’s other location in Cambridge.
