Chef and owner Jun Hong utilizes traditional ramen making methods to ensure that Hong Noodle’s ramen truly authentic. He creates rich broths with high-quality ingredients, house made umami oils, and special ramen tare imported from Japan. Hong Noodle’s broth and braised meat are made fresh daily and each topping is seasoned and cooked to perfection. Jun has created a menu of specialty ramen but you can also create your own by choosing your protein, broth, and toppings.
