Coffee specialist Liz Pachaud and seasoned Seattle chef Brandin Myett opened specialty coffee roaster, Honor Society Coffee with the goal of energizing Melrose Market during the day. Their café serves their single origin coffees, pastries, chef-driven food and cold-pressed juices.
