Adesina Cash has been teaching yoga in the Bay Area since 2011 with an infectious smile. In 2014, she decided it was time to open her own studio and Hot Spot Yoga was born. Hot Spot Yoga is an ashtanga inspired boutique vinyasa yoga studio, which offers hot yoga, body weight-strength straining, and restorative yoga. And on Saturdays and Sundays they drink champagne!
