Ken Anderson and Lenore Sharp own Hummingbird Saloon along with family members Steve and Bridget Sharp. They serve classic bar food in addition to their signature Cornish pasties (baked meat pies), a Midwest staple, made from Ken’s grandmother’s recipe.
