Rebecca and Tay Yoshitani bring together authentic Japanese curry and modern Japanese comfort food at their restaurant, Hurry Curry of Tokyo. The curry base for Hurry Curry’s signature base, and recipes for most of their menu, were created by a Tokyo-born chef when the restaurant first opened it’s doors. Now, Rebecca and Tay’s restaurant also offers comfort food inspired by Western cuisine, like Katsu and Spaghetti Naporitan. Make sure to check out their selection of Japanese draft and bottled beer, sake, “saketini” cocktails, and wine to pair with your dinner.
