i5 Pho – Seattle

This may be a pho restaurant, but you also have to try their crab rangoons! Since its opening in 2018, i5 Pho has become a special spot near and dear to Seattle locals’ hearts. While the menu includes many of the usual items like pho and vermicelli, their variation on the banh mi takes a cue from french dip sandwiches and comes with a cup of warm broth. Yes, that does sound like a dream come true, and you have owner Phu Dang to thank for it.
