Salt Lake City’s Icy Mountain Shaved Ice food truck offers two varieties of shaved ice: Basic and Boujee. The Basic is your traditional shaved ice, while the Boujee combines unique flavors with ice cream. Owners Jared and Amanda Young Clavell take things to the next level with the Boujee variety by topping it off with sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and fresh fruit and or candy. The most popular selection at this dessert shop on wheels is probably the signature Icy Mountain Boujee, which combines the popular Tiger’s blood and blue raspberry flavors and includes fresh strawberries and coconut shavings on top.
