Imperial Garden

Hongjin Yi owns 40 restaurants in China, and Imperial Garden is his first in the United States. His talented chefs prepare dim sum foods so popular, that there’s often a line on weekends. On special occasions, you’ll find the chefs dining among their guests. Visitors enjoy Chinese delicacies like crab and geoducks.

Fun fact: Their specialty is their authentic Beijing duck, and it’s so special, they brought in a unique stove just to roast it.
