Intersections is a restaurant where Southern comfort food meets modern brunch and good conversation constantly flows. Owner Rick Humbert left his position as CFO for one of Colorado’s largest airport concession companies to pursue his dreams of a lively brunch restaurant. Intersections Restaurant opened in 2017 and continues to delight Denver locals with crab cakes benedict, shrimp and grits, beignets, braised short ribs, hot cakes, and more!
