Since 1985 Hideaki Hayashi, Yuko Ishibashi, and Shito Kamioka have been serving sushi, making customers happy, and building community at Izumi. Often times you’ll find Shito behind the sushi bar, making cooking into a work of art. If you’re a regular customer, he’ll learn your order before long. Izumi has a classic, no-frills menu, but is consistent in quality with the very freshest and perfectly-prepared seafood.
