Jazze’s

Nasrin Noori grew up in Afghanistan and loved spending time in the kitchen where she challenged herself to create delicious meals with limited ingredients. Today, she owns Jazze’s to offer healthy Afghan fusion food prepared with organic, local ingredients. Nasrin’s menu also caters to a variety of diets, including paleo, vegan, and gluten-free options. Jazze’s is part of the Food Innovation Network’s Spice Bridge food hall in Tukwila.

Fun Fact: Nasrin named her business after her children whose first initials spell “Jazze.”
