Spice Bridge is a unique collaborative space that brings together the culinary talents of eight different food vendors. Spice Bridge is home to the Food Innovation Network’s Food Business Incubator, a program that supports South King County Women of Color and immigrants to start and grow thriving business. The food stalls that are open for service rotate daily, including Moyo Kitchen (Somali-Kenyan-Tanzanian fusion), Afella Jollof Catering (Gambian-Senegalese), Taste of Congo (Congolese), Wengay’s Kitchen (Filipino), Theary Cambodian Foods (Cambodian-Khmer), WUHA (Ethiopian), Jazze’s (Afgan-American).
