Jelana Canfield has loved baking since she was a child. While working as a restaurant server and manager, she took on many after-work pastry training sessions with renowned chefs and, in 2019, she officially opened her own business, Jelana’s Bake Shop. Her pastries, cookies, and custom cakes are crafted from scratch with natural, locally sourced ingredients and a focus on authentic flavor.
