Joan’s in the Park
Early in their careers, Susan Dunlop and Joan Schmitt worked for a steakhouse, and dreamed of one day opening a fine dining restaurant together. In 2011, their dream became reality when they opened Joan’s in the Park, an elegant space in Highland, serving from-scratch, four-course meals.
Most ingredients at Joan’s in the Park are organic and come straight from the farm. Their seasonal, inspired menu is a labor of love and their hospitality is unmatched.
