Owners Kathy and Mark bought the business from original founder Joe Stortini in 2021 and set out to update the space. Only now as you enjoy your meal you can also experience a performance at the newly renamed Chameleon on Pearl. The entertainment lounge plays host to Tacoma’s talented musicians.
