Alberto Morales is passionate about two things: food and family. José’s Taqueria, named after his son and his brother, José, serves traditional Mexican food, with a Peruvian twist. Having worked in a diverse array of restaurants, Alberto can cook Italian, French, German, English, Peruvian and Mexican food, but he’s originally of Incan descent from Peru! Alberto has worked with chefs from all around the world, and honed his cooking skills alongside some of the best. His personal favorite tacos are the steak ranchero and the tilapia, but you’ll have to try them for yourself.
Bonus: Alberto is happy to make any of his dishes vegetarian!
