Wali Khairzada is the son of Afghan bakers who came to the U.S. in 1972. In 2000, he bought Kabul Afghan Cuisine, which he had been helping to run for years. The menu at Kabul Afghan Cuisine is intentionally small and simple, Wali would rather do few things with excellence. You can find stews, dips, sauces, kebabs, soups, and more along with an incredible dessert menu.
