Vijay Prasher and chef Navinder Gill pooled their knowledge, ability, and expertise about wine and food together in 1999 to open Kanishka Cuisine of India. The menu is menu full of flavorful, traditional Indian dishes, including customer favorites like Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, and Paneer Tikka Masala.
