Kanjin Yoga provides yoga instruction and mind-body wellness education for those new or experienced at practicing yoga. The owner, Dee Williams, is focused on meeting her students at their skill level and working with them. She believes that “yoga helps you live better inside your body of water.” One-on-one or in a group class, work with Dee to improve your flexibility, increase your strength, build muscle tone, improve breathing, and more, all through yoga.
Bonus: Dee is also a yoga teacher instructor. She runs a 200 hour yoga certification program.
