Kobe Teriyaki’s owner and founder, Ilsuk Kim, found his passion for flavor throughout his multiple travels throughout East Asia. Ilsuk worked as a chef for over 10 years in various restaurants searching for and experimenting with flavors just so he could get closer to his culinary travels. In 2021, he opened Kobe Teriyaki, armed with recipes that give you a taste of what Ilsuk experienced during his travels. Kobe Teriyaki aims to serve as many members of the community as possible so they offer a wide range of Asian dishes including classic sushi, teriyaki, bento boxes, bubble tea, and more.
