KOi Fusion – Wilsonville

KOi Fusion fuses Korean BBQ and Mexican flavors, serving tacos, burritos, and kimchi quesadillas. Owner Chef Bo Kwon launched his business in 2009 as a mobile taco truck. Since then, the company has grown to encompass three mobile trucks and locations in Wilsonville and Portland on Mississippi Ave. 

Order one of their burritos, which come filled with Korean seasoned rice, marinated meat, and fresh vegetables, all wrapped up in a locally-sourced tortilla, or choose a rice bowl packed with cabbage, pico de Gallo, cucumbers, and salad. Side dishes include their sodduk-sodduk, rice cake and sausage skewers served with ketchup, mayo, and sweet and sour sauce.
