Victor Santiago started working at La Cocina & Cantina (formerly La Cocina Santiago) in 1989 and he has grown alongside the restaurant. The cantina wing of the restaurant was born in 2018, and stays stocked with delicious tequila for ice-cold margaritas! Stop in for their popular lunch buffet or enjoy a chimichanga, smothered burrito, or hot bowl of tortilla soup.
