La Fabrica Central
Hector Pina, Nivia Pina and Dennis Benzan opened La Fábrica Central in 2017 to showcase Spanish-Caribbean cuisine. Chef Giovanna Huyke’s menu features dishes from Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic, plus a selection of “Latin sushi” rolls. Try the variety of Mofongo, a popular Puerto Rican dish made with fried green plantains. The restaurant features live Latin jazz during the day and transitions to a lounge and nightclub after dinner.
