Brothers Chad and Chase Valencia were raised on their family’s Filipino food, and bring a modern take on classic recipes at their restaurant LASA, which means “taste” in Tagalog. Named a 2018 Food & Wine Restaurant of the Year, LASA creatively engineers seasonal Filipino dishes and curates a rotating wine list. What began in their backyard has expanded to be one of L.A.’s most acclaimed restaurants.
