Todd and Melanie Prinz own and operate Lighthouse Coffee along with their daughter Hannah Prinz. All of the coffee is organic, fair trade, and comes directly from the coffee farmer. The Prinz family also roast the coffee beans at their own roastery! Have an appetite? Enjoy quiche, bagels, or other baked goods with your coffee.
