After working as the pastry chef at Chez Panisse Restaurant for almost nine years, Stacie Pierce opened Little Bee Baking to combine her passion for baking with her love of her San Francisco neighborhood. The bakery sources local, organic, and seasonal ingredients for its delicious fruit tarts, cakes, cookies, and homemade lemonades.
