Little Sister Baking

Little Sister Baking is owned by sisters Tanvi Swar and Akash “AK” Swar who strive to share the flavors of their childhood. The bakery is named after Cordon-Bleu educated pastry chef AK, who has worked in some of Toronto’s best restaurants. The sisters, who grew up between India and Dubai, decided to open their own micro bakery because they know food is an easy and accessible way to connect people with their culture. Tanvi and AK are selling playful renditions of the dishes they grew up eating, like masala hot chocolate and saag paneer pav.
