Thanks to Jay Foster and Deanna Sison, Little Skillet has been giving locals their chicken and waffle fix since 2008! Regulars are hooked on this crispy fried chicken recipe and waffles oozing with syrup, but folks who explore the rest of their breakfast and lunch menus aren’t disappointed. Classic soul food sides like collard greens and mac and cheese are a great complement to their tasty catfish po’boy.
