Local Tide is owner Victor Steinbrueck’s tribute to the Pacific Northwest. Victor was born and raised in Seattle and opened Local Tide in August 2020 to spotlight the seafood he grew up eating. He thoughtfully curates each dish using locally and sustainably sourced products and emphasizes his support for the small businesses that make it possible for him to use Washington’s freshest ingredients. The menu includes a cured salmon sandwich with shiso and a side of house-made pickles, shrimp toast, and a rockfish banh mi that’s guaranteed to rock your world.
Fun fact: Victor was a personal chef for a Seahawks player before opening Local Tide!
