Lockspot Coastal Coffee

The Coastal Cafe was born in 2014 by Alison Soike on Leary Ave in Ballard. Passionate about home style quality baked goods and cakes as well as exceptional espresso brewed by Lighthouse Roasters. That location was closed in 2021 when Alison and her husband Ryan purchased the Lockspot Cafe. They transformed the coffee stand outside of the Lockspot into a mini Coastal Coffee, still slinging delicious baked goods, hand made breakfast burritos, espresso, smoothies and so much more. Lockspot Coastal Coffee is open 364 days a year, located right at the entrance to the Ballard Locks.
