Seeking refuge from her corporate job, Summer Bicknell opened the doors to her Mexican popsicle shop, LocoPops. LocoPops offers vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan treats. The menu changes often, but frequent flavors include strawberries and cream, Mexican chocolate, lemon curd, and more.
