In 2022, Vinh Thit Heo and Trung Le opened Lotus Pond Vietnamese Cuisine as a celebration of their mother, Anh. Head Chef Anh creates family recipes with quality ingredients, sharing her vision of what Vietnamese cuisine should be: vibrant, elegant, and home-cooked. Vinh and Trung are grateful for the opportunity to share their mom’s cooking, their culture, and their family’s story. 

Their menu features classic Vietnamese favorites as well as provincial specialties that showcase the unique flavor and cuisine of different regions of Vietnam. You can also find many vegetarian and gluten-free options.
