Ludi’s Restaurant

Rita Glenister and her dad Greg Rosas re-opened Ludi’s Restaurant in downtown Seattle, Washington in 2023 after a temporary close in 2019. Ludi’s has amassed a significant following as a laid-back, nostalgic diner that serves a delectable selection of dishes, including all-day breakfast options and authentic Filipino delicacies like lumpia, and scrumptious Ube pancakes.

Bonus: the corned beef-silog (a combination of garlic fried rice, eggs, and cured meat) is a fan favorite and a must-try!
