Steven Chen opened Luna Bistro, the Seattle area’s first restaurant serving lotus leaf steamed rice. Freshly-picked ingredients are wrapped with lotus leaf, which adds an earthy, tea flavor with a hint of bittersweet taste to your choices of steamed rice. Luna Bistro serves appetizers, steamed rice, rice noodle soup, barbecued meat, and more.
