Aundrea McCarthy is as creative as she is entrepreneurial. When she opened her drive-thru coffee shop, Luv-a-Latte Espresso, it was anything but basic, with a hot pink paint job and colorful drink specials to match. By serving great coffee with an extra shot of joy to each customer who stopped by, her popularity continued to grow.

In January 2023, her dream of opening a dine-in cafe finally came true when Luv-a-Latte Espresso relocated to Hilltop, where she adorned every wall with her signature pink, tables and chairs to match.
