When James Crossley first started working with books, he was involved in the early days of Amazon with media distribution. From then on, it was quickly clear to James that his passion for books would be with him for the rest of his life. In 2019, his personal dream came true when he opened Madison Books, an independent bookstore that curates its stock carefully for its neighbors.
