Jay and Nicole Hosn opened Man’oushe Express in 2014 because the demand for their delicious man’ousheh had exceeded its tiny space within Goodies Mediterranean Market. In addition to their popular man’ousheh, traditional Lebanese flatbreads baked in a wood-fired oven, they serve other Mediterranean classics like hummus, falafel, and shawarma. Jay and Nicole’s sons Riyen and Julian now help run Man’oushe Express and continue their parents’ legacy of offering warmth and hospitality central to their Lebanese culture.
Fun fact: The recipes reflect all of the culinary wisdom the family absorbed from ten years of living in Lebanon.
