After Chef Grayson Corrales worked for years as a pastry chef in various kitchens such as the two-star Michelin restaurant Culler de Pau in Spain, she felt it was time to open her own place. Taking inspiration from what she learned about Spanish cuisine from her abuela growing up, Grayson opened MariPili Tapas Bar. MariPili Tapas Bar is an exciting new Galician restaurant located in the heart of Capitol Hill that serves everything from calamares (squid in ink) and angulas (baby eels) to their dinner entrees with braised oxtail dishes and so much more. 

MariPili is fresh and full of delicious tapas and drinks that will keep you wanting more.
