Matta

Matta is a Vietnamese food truck from Richard and Sophia Le located in Portland, Oregon. As first-generation Americans, they placed a focus on the Vietnamese dishes they enjoyed while growing up and put their own spin on them. Blending American and Vietnamese cuisine, the Le’s have hit a sweet spot with deliciously innovative food like their Chicken Sando with a brined & fried boneless thigh topped with hot honey & peanuts, đặc biệt (special) sauce, rice vinegar pickles, house gỏi (salad) on a toasted pandan bun and their pandan donuts.
