Owner and chef Mehmet Sipahioglu grew up in Turkey where he developed an appreciation for the cuisine of his home country and it shows through in his cooking. Sipahioglu recreates the dishes that he grew up with using a wood fire oven and fresh ingredients. Mehmet’s menu consists of soups, salads, wraps, and various authentic Turkish plates, that are all impossible to resist. After deciding to move to the United States when he was 30, Sipahioglu began learning the skills that went into running his own business, and in 2019 he finally opened his doors in Kent.
