Every morning, Miah’s Kitchen makes their noodles from scratch in preparation for the busy day ahead. Lovers of Xi’an noodles drop in and sit down to enjoy a variety of dishes featuring their delightful noodles, served hot, cold, or in soup! The restaurant opened in 2015, and is owned by Dong Wang and Miah Young who were missing the hard-to-master BiangBiang noodle that they grew up eating. This cozy spot is the perfect spot to take refuge from a cold rainy day!
