  1. We’ve frequented Monsoon for many many years, back to when one of the sisters ran the front of the house!

    My favorite story about them involves a birthday special when they were offering a slice of their delicious banana cake as a complimentary dessert for their birthday celebration. One of the servers overheard us teasing our server for another slice and when one of her tables declined their slice, she brought it on over to us!

    That banana cake is so good that I even forego chocolate desserts for it!
    And the clay pot catfish?! And should you ever see the stuffed Monterey squid show up on the menu again…….
