Moon Village Bakery is an artisan bakery in South Seattle crafting all-natural bread, donuts, cakes, and more. Miles and Naomie Ztanberry both graduated from Seattle Culinary Academy in 2016 and shortly after opened Moon Village Bakery, where they co-own and operate the bakery. While Miles focuses primarily on bread and fermentation, Naomie handles the cookies, sauces, and sweet treats.
The bakery runs as eco-friendly and low-waste as possible, so they don’t make too many extras. Order ahead or sign up for their bread or pastry subscription so you’re always stocked at home.
