Self-taught chef Lee Kindell brings influences from his Filipino background to his Detroit-style pizzeria, MOTO. The pizza bakery and ice cream shop never disappoints with their perfect square pizzas and eight different flavors of delectable soft soft serve ice cream. Lee loves the art and the science behind pizza and baking, he says it’s his love language. Not only does MOTO sell pizzas with Dungeness crab and some with crispy pork belly, they also have a wide range of vegan options.
