Yes, that’s right, you just found the perfect lunch spot that will fill you up for less than 10 dollars on Capitol Hill. Affordability is great and the Bahn mi is even better. Mr. Saigon’s owner, Huy Tat, designed a traditional Vietnamese food menu with 10 different styles of Bahn mi, five traditional and five experimental. The experimental Seattle U Bahn mi is a local favorite filled with grilled lemongrass chicken, green onion, hoisin sauce, and sriracha mayo on the classic fluffy bread. Mr. Saigon also offers vermicelli noodle bowls and snacks like spring rolls and pate chaud.

Bonus: The baguettes are baked fresh daily.
